Assessments

 

Functional capacity assessments

A functional assessment utilises a combination of standardised and informal assessment tools, to identify strategies and supports required achieve life goals.
Functional assessments can be utilised to assist with accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), to assist with NDIS plan reviews, and to assist with the implementation of an NDIS plan.

Sensory assessments

To identify suitable therapeutic strategies to assist with emotional regulation, and sensory processing difficulties. Therapeutic interventions are tailored to an individuals unique sensory profile and can assist with stress management and relaxation.

Housing assessments

To identify appropriate housing and support systems to meet individuals housing goals. Utilising a functional assessment, reviewing the current home environment, risks, and support systems, recommendations are made to enable greater independence, capacity building opportunities and facilitate greater health/wellbeing outcomes.
